When making payments please include your name and postcode as the reference.

Standing Order
If you wish to set up a standing order you will first need to specify the date of the first payment you wish to make, then to specify the interval between payments.Please look at our Interval conversion chart below to see what interval you require.

We realise that it is not always possible for you to be at home when we call, in which case we will leave a mini-invoice detailing the clean, and if you elect to pay by cheque a prepaid and addressed envelope for you to post payment back to us.
What if I’m not able to pay via any of these methods or I need to enquire about methods of payment? We are here to help, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
PLEASE NOTE:
We request that payments are made within 21 days of each window clean. Unless there is a prior agreement we regret that after 2 unpaid cleans we will be forced to stop cleaning until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to vary these terms.
